Early Bird Delegate Fee: $349

Regular Delegate Fee: $399

Youth Delegate Fee: $99

Reduced Delegate Fee: $149

Member Observer: $99

Non-Member Observer: $1750

The Early Bird Delegate fee deadline is Friday, February 13, 2026.

The Reduced Delegate Fee is offered to make Convention participation more accessible. It replaces the former “Unwaged Fee” and is available to delegates who may face financial barriers to attending Convention, including those in precarious or contract work, living on a fixed income, or without full-time employment.

This fee is available by self-declaration and does not require proof or verification.

At the 2026 Convention in Winnipeg, the Party is offering a limited number of Member Observer registrations for members who are unable to attend Convention as delegates. Member Observers are welcome to observe plenary sessions from a designated seating area. While they do not vote or attend Equity Commission meetings or regional breakouts, they may be able to participate in other Convention activities, including trainings, as space permits. We strongly encourage members to attend Convention as delegates whenever possible. Members interested in attending as a delegate can join the delegate waitlist through the Convention website. Please fill out the following form to be considered as a Member Observer. Please note that submitting this form informs us that you are interested in attending Convention as a Member Observer but does not guarantee Member Observer registration. We will follow up with further information if space is available and on how to pay the Member Observer registration fee.

Registration fees for Convention count towards an individual’s donation limit to the Federal Party. If you are a max donor in 2026 (you have given or are on a monthly MAX PAC), please email registration@ndp.ca to receive special instructions to register for Convention without paying.

The Party has negotiated preferred rates at hotels in the vicinity of the Convention Centre. Details on booking accommodation can be found on the Convention website.
